Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ronestonenails markets and arranges Gel Manicure, Acrylic Nails, Nail Art Design, Mobile Nail Technician, Nail Technician, In-home Nail Service, Gel Nail Extensions, Mobile Manicure Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://ronestonenails.com is the property of Ronestonenails or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Ronestonenails may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Ronestonenails does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Ronestonenails arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Ronestonenails from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
